Frequently discussed topics in individual supervision: professional identity, developing competence through reflective learning, finding relevant or novel solutions to problems, healthy work hygiene and balance, coping with complex client cases, and maximizing personal potential. In the case of teams and organizations, the main theme is a motivating work culture, which is related to values, roles, relationships, visions, changes and efficiency. My interest is directed towards the topics of work enjoyment and meaningful and empowering feedback. My practice is constantly supervised to ensure professionalism, I regularly participate in meta-supervisions.

Management My knowledge in the field is based on 20 years of personal experience. Among other things, I have been a member of the management team of the Tallinn Mental Health Centre as a day centre manager, developed the field of art therapies at the Department of Applied Creativity of the Tallinn University Institute of Arts as a lecturer and director (dance and movement therapy), and promoted the development of professional dance art as a director and program manager (further education for professional dancers) of the Estonian Dance Artists Association.

Psychology

I have a Master of Science degree from Tallinn University in psychology and social pedagogy, specializing in clinical psychology, and minored in administrative leadership and management. My deeper interest and experience in the relationship between dance, movement, and psychology has given me the competence to offer training and self-development courses as a bodywork specialist.

I have developed my unique approach to client work based on my professional education and diverse experience. In my sessions, you may encounter principles from Jungian psychology, systemic family work, risk behaviour analysis and management methodology, principles of change management, organizational constellation work, creativity training, and body therapy.

Creativity and movement I am still an active artist, having performed for years on various stages as a dancer, acrobat, circus artist and fire dancer, created choreographies (MA in choreography/director), taught and trained others. My education and work experience as an artist gives me the advantage of using creativity as a habitual tool both in professional development training and in consultations.
